2015年 クラス日程発表

2015年のクラス日程発表＆予約開始しました！ 上大岡の各種クラスに日程など、詳細を追加しました。 新しい『お産に向けての骨盤ケアクラス』が始まります。 妊娠中の整え方などは教わったけど、お産が始まったら？お産後は？？ お産に近づいた時期だからクラスで学べる内容にしました。 2月以降は、第1日曜日に妊娠中のクラスを開催予定です。 自分の週数だとまだ早いかな？？？ 少しは早めの参加も歓迎です。 2月から、赤ちゃんの発達くらすを開催予定です。 日程が決まり次第、ブログ・ホームページでお知らせしていきます。 |
