お久しぶりです。 横浜で活動する、助産師の松嶋です。 ホームページを調整してもらったら、ブログが不明になってしまいました。 ので、すごくお久しぶりです。 ◆個別予約◆ で骨盤ケアとまるまる育児のご希望が増えてきています。 妊娠中ならまずは「トコちゃんの骨盤ケア教室」していただくと、 骨盤ケアの必要性や体を整える体操、トコちゃんベルトの使い方をレクチャーしています。 でも・・・ 何だか体がしんどい・つらい。 骨盤だけでなく体全体診ています。 あとは、お話ししたい方も多いですね。 いろんな情報が氾濫しているから、振り回されている方。 参院では聞けなかった方。 些細な事から雑談まで。 心配な事、不安な事なんでも聞いてくださいね。 １１月はほぼ満員になっています。 個別予約はお早めに。 担当助産師：松嶋 裕美 #骨盤ケア #骨盤整体 #個別予約 #マタニティ |
